Mission of the Training Unit:
The Training Unit aims to establish and implement mechanisms within a defined timeline to ensure the continuous improvement of human resource performance within the institution and its connection to the community, enabling the institution to compete locally, regionally, and internationally.

Enhance institutional capacity by generating self-resources through the implementation of training programs at the faculty.
Improve the performance efficiency of human resources (faculty members, teaching assistants, administrative staff, students, and graduates).
Maximize the role of the faculty in community service.
Scope of the Training Unit's Activities:
The scope of the Training Unit’s activities includes all categories of human resources within the faculty, namely:
Academic leadership.
